When crime scene cleanup is needed
Once law enforcement has finished its investigation and released a property, cleanup becomes the responsibility of the property owner, landlord, or family — not the police department. That’s where professional crime scene cleanup comes in, handling the biological material left behind safely and thoroughly.
Our process
Assessment of the property, containment of the affected area, PPE-protected removal of affected materials, licensed disposal, cleaning and disinfecting, deodorizing, and a final inspection to confirm the space is fully restored.
OSHA bloodborne pathogen compliance
This work is governed by the OSHA bloodborne pathogen standard, which sets the requirements for safe handling and disposal of biological material. It’s the reason this isn’t a job for household cleaning products.
Discreet, unmarked response
No branded vehicles, no uniforms that draw attention, no signage. Crews conduct themselves quietly so a visit doesn’t become additional attention on top of an already difficult situation.
Who typically arranges this
Homeowners, landlords, property managers, and sometimes insurance adjusters typically arrange crime scene cleanup once a property has been released. We coordinate directly with whoever is responsible.
